Whoever said cold weather will dampen your spirits definitely haven't met Tiffany & Bobby! In fact, the 30 degree weather was like a day in the sauna for these two love birds. As they looked into each others eyes and exchanged their vows it was like every heart in the church was melted from their fiery love and as they stood in front of one of Kansas City's greatest landmarks, the Plaza Fountain, they only needed each other to heat up the Plaza air.
